What are the payouts?

We pay 50% on new sales and rebills. If you refer a new affiliate, you will also receive 10% of his/her commissions.

When do I get paid?

CCBill handles all payouts and they mail commission checks every week.

How long is my affiliate cookie set for?

We set ours for 255 days (the maximum allowed by CCBill), so if your surfer signs up eight months after you send him, you still get credit. (For comparison, most programs are set at 3 days.)

Do you have multiple redirects enabled in your CCBill program?

Yes. You may send traffic to any page (warning, tour, join) by changing the address at the end of your affiliate link (after "HTML=").

What if I send traffic to the paysite and the surfer converts on VOD (or vice versa)?

You will receive credit for that surfer no matter which site he converts on. And, if the customer converts on both, you will get credit for both.

Why doesn't the "Webmasters" link on your tour carry my affiliate ID?

It's not necessary. As long as the surfer came through your affiliate link, the CCBill cookie is set and you will receive credit for all affiliate sign ups.

Do you have any pre-checked cross-sells on your join forms?

No. You will not find any checked or unchecked cross-sells on our join forms.

Is your content exclusive?

Yes.

Are you compatible with the Smart Scripts products?

Yes. Our FHGs and hosted FLVs are in the system.

May I promote using email, instant messaging, chatrooms, or newsgroups?

No. Please don't. Any violators will have their accounts closed.
